COIL (REC6H3-85570-10) Recmar is dependable, long-lasting, and high quality. This boat component does not hurt the boat engine; rather, it aids in the boat's smooth and safe operation. Recmar's ignition coil converts the battery electricity to thousands of volts, generating an electric spark in the spark plugs that ignites the fuel and starts the boat engine. It plays a vital role in boats since a faulty ignition coil can cause mechanical and performance problems. This substance improves the performance of boat engines and is resistant to harsh marine environments. High tension leads are the cables that connect the ignition coil to the distributor and the high voltage wires that connect the distributor to each spark plug. Every ignition coil system requires mechanical contact breaker points and a capacitor (condenser).
