Drive Belt - Volvo Penta (3827273) employs a flat belt with a set of V-shaped ribs that run the length of the belt on the driving surface. These narrow belts run effectively and at high speeds. But, more importantly, tensile cords provide complete support since the belt ribs rest entirely on the sheave; there is no wedging movement. This drive belt transfers motion from one boat engine component to another. It improves the efficiency of movement. It has a rotary motion that allows the boat engine to shift quickly.
