The FUEL PUMP W/INSTRUCTIONS 3588865 by Volvo Penta is a high-Pressure Fuel Pump by Volvo Penta 3588865.OEM. It is a high-pressure electric fuel pump that fits Volvo Penta 21608511 fuel pump assembly. Electric fuel pumps drive fuel to the internal combustion engine, creating electrical pressure in the fuel lines. An ignition switch engages a relay, which controls the increased current required to boost fuel pressure. Note: The high-pressure test port is not included in the pack
