GASKET ADMISSION (REC682-13621-00) is a flexible, conformable external engine component that regulates chamber temperature and prevents air leakage during fuel combustion. When you stop rotating, the engine stops. There can be many reasons for stopping, but one of them could be poor gasket access. Despite their small size, these components are usually very important to the correct operation of the machine. Gasket leaks, reduced fuel economy, increased emissions, and reduced engine performance can cause stalling and splashing. If one of these conditions occurs with your outboard engine, it is best to change the gasket tolerance. Replace that defective gasket admission with GASKET ADMISSION (REC682-13621-00).
