Grommet is a molded, tough, flexible one that provides an internal sleeve fit for marine Johnson/Evinrude Outboards and is designed for multiple uses in boats. It protects lines, wiring, and cabling from abrasions, rough hole cuts or sharp edges, chafing, or damage. Insulate various openings and protect the electronic components and wiring throughout the boat from getting wet and damaged. The grommet also effectively reduces vibration and is used to seal different important under-the-hood and body applications.
