HEAD GASKET (1) - 338222 It is located in the area between the cylinder head and the cylinder block, where the spark plugs are secured with screws. The head gasket keeps coolant and oil from mixing as they travel from the engine block to the cylinder head and seals the internal combustion process. A head gasket doesn't cost a lot of money. It ensures that the cooling system is in excellent shape and that the engine is properly tuned and running. Use with various 9.915 horsepower Evinrude and Johnson outboard motors.
