The power coils of the ignition system receive voltage from the OMC POWER PACK - 18-5775. It is regarded as the ignition system's brains in outboard motors. It controls how soon each engine cylinder's ignite process occurs. The primary function of this component sometimes referred to as "capacitive discharge," is to collect and hold an electric charge.
