The SeaStar Solution Primer bulb 1/4" (034790-10LP) functions by taking petrol from the tank and sending it into the carburetor by producing a vacuum. It provides maximum flow for improved engine performance, with internal check valves on both sides to allow a fast prime while preventing fuel flow back. It passes all 2011 Emission Standards set by the EPA and the California Air Resources Board.
