GASKET - 18-2815 a push rod is a component of an internal combustion engine that rises into the rocker's arm from the top of a valve lifter. The push rod operates the rocker's arm and moves the valve, opening and closing it to let fuel, air, and exhaust into and out of the combustion chamber as the lifter follows the cam lobe. It completely aligns two mating surfaces to stop and prevent leaks from occurring. Fits: MCM 120/140 (4 cyl.) side cover with stamped lifter.
