The fuel system is in charge of providing fuel to the internal combustion engine. It combines with the air, and the spark plugs ignite the mixture to produce the combustion power that helps move the vehicle. However, it cannot perform well without a fuel line or a return line to transfer it. The Volvo Penta introduced this return Line as a fuel system whose main function is to return excess fuel from the carburetor to the fuel pump. It also keeps vapor lock and over-pressurization. When the fuel pressure or temperature rises too high, vapor locks can form and cause problems. Choosing the right fuel hose plays an important role in engine operation and performance, and when they fail, they can become a potential safety hazard in addition to performance issues.
