A shim is a thin piece of material that fills tiny gaps or holes between objects. It may be tapered or wedged, shims provide assistance, adjust for a better fit, or provide a level surface. Shims have parallel sides, flat edges, and smooth corners. The outside is level, and the thickness is uniform. Shims are essential beneath every piece of equipment's support foot when installing machinery (pumps, motors, etc.). It permits adjustments when certain parts need to be adjusted, such as raising or lowering a motor. Shim guarantees a level surface or is removed extra room for play inside a machine.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
