The Faria Beede Euro Black style series has the SPEEDOMETER (SE9659 with perimeter backlighting and a flat glass lens. An efficient tool for use with a mechanical pitot tube transmitter to gauge the boat's speed, this speedometer gauge has a black metal bezel, black dial, white indicator, and graphics displaying speed.
The sensor is lowered into the water from the back of the boat and receives varying pressure levels based on the boat's speed through the water. This pressure corresponds to the speedometer measurement on the panel. This speedometer can detect speeds of up to 30 knots.
