The cogs on the V-BELT (2 REQUIRED) (18-15435) are molded to exact engineering tolerances to improve flexibility and maintain cord support, resulting in a heavy-duty and long-lasting product life. This v-cog belt's geometry allows for a large area of air circulation, which keeps the belt cool and prevents damaging heat buildup in the cushion section. It is made of high-strength synthetic cords that can withstand shock load failure while the boat is in use. Its low stretch properties ensure that the belt performs consistently. The V-BELT (2 REQUIRED) (18-15435) has rubber edges to ensure that load forces are transferred evenly to the cords.
