Sierra provides seawater intake built exclusively for floating production and storage vessels for the offshore sector. A saltwater intake system provides low oxygenated water for cooling, process, utility, and water injection systems to improve processing efficiency.
Suction hoses withdraw materials at negative pressure, and pressure hoses release materials under positive pressure. A suction hose is for drafting operations to pump the water from a portable water tank, pool, or other static water source using a vacuum. It endures vacuum rather than pressure, abrasion, or heat. This links to the pump's suction side.
