This revolutionary production process almost eliminates gaps, pockets, and air bubbles in the propeller material, yielding a grain structure that is much tighter than a typical die-cast procedure. The squeeze cast process produces a tight grain structure and higher density. To prevent propeller slippage and blowout in bends while increasing peak speed and fuel economy, a thinner blade with sharply curled cupped and trailing edges can be used. Due to the same race-proven construction as Turning Point's stainless steel propellers, the Hustler aluminum propellers resist blade flex and give better fuel economy and performance.
