By doing this, you may use your kicker motor without hanging over the transom in the back of the boat to steer. Additionally, it prevents you from obstructing the fishing process. There is a kit to accommodate every outboard and sterndrive combination, even if you have a swim platform, and they for motors up to 25 horsepower. The self-adjusting, stainless steel rod from EZ Guide, which is patented, attaches between your auxiliary engines and may steer the latter without the need for disconnection.
