Engine Control Cables from Uflex C14 BRP/Evinrude (OMC) have a 3-inch (75-mm) stroke and stainless steel end fittings. The lay wires that come with the kit help to improve efficiency and longevity. These cables are for engines made by Johnson, Evinrude, and OMC from 1979 and now. C14 cable has end fittings and a 13 lay wire conduit for greater efficiency. To be a direct fit for Johnson, Evinrude, and OMC engines developed after 1979. Even if you keep your boat engine controls in the best working order, you may need to repair your frayed and old marine control cables at some point.
