The primary engine of your boat is connected to the auxiliary engine by a unique, self-adjusting stainless rod. The rod uses the EZ-Steer Detente System Adjustment and is made of inner and outer tube that moves one inside the other. The two engines tilt independently, providing an exact tension that permits changing rod lengths. While simultaneously maintaining steering control of both engines, the user can raise or lower either engine. The pressure can be altered if required. In the down position, measure the length from center to center.
