On the other hand, the roll shape allows for quick disc access and avoids disc liners. The open coat feature gives a more aggressive cut than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade, and the load-resistant coating decreases disc clogging, making this a strong choice for woodworking and other applications where loading is a factor. This disc is resin-bonded for reliable performance under high heat and pressure and is used with a random orbital sander. It comes in different grades for fine sanding and finishing.
