The thickness of this disc pad is 1/8. Disc Pad Holders allow you to change Scotch-Brite abrasive discs fast and simply during multi-step tasks. Disc Pad Holders have an internally threaded center hole. Select a thread size corresponding to your right angle grinder's exterior thread size. T-shaped hooks hold a surface conditioning disc firmly in place and allow rapid disc connection, removal, and reattachment. The hook-and-loop design allows the disc to be reused for as long as the abrasive life. The discs are available for purchase separately. Deburr, clean, blend and polish a wide range of materials with Scotch-BriteTM surface conditioning discs and mild grinding/blending solutions (available separately). Surface conditioning solutions combined with a 3M disc pad holder produce paintable finishes.
