Fuse blocks can be ganged, where power is divided across all the loops, or independent, where each fuse has an input and an output wire. An apparatus that distributes power to numerous circuits and has a fuse for each circuit is known as a fuse block. A fuse block functions as a gatekeeper by blocking the passage of a surge. A fuse block centralizes the fuses for each circuit rather than having them scattered across the home.
