It is a conformable, durable, waterproof tape with a permanently sticky adhesive that sticks to most surfaces throughout a wide temperature range. It has high tensile resilience and superior tear resistance. The moisture-resistant orientated Polyethylene back material and Synthetic Rubber-Clear Adhesive substance work well at low temperatures.
