The respirator cartridge helps give respiratory protection from certain organic vapors such as chlorine, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, or hydrogen fluoride when used with an approved 3M respirator.
This cartridge can handle vapor concentration up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with partial facepieces. Moreover, the product is tested quantitatively to fit 50 times the PEL with full facepiece.
