The paper discs are from strong aluminum oxide abrasive particles in a variation of grits that are resin-bonded to a hefty F-weight paper backing. On both hardwoods and softwoods, they're ideal for stock removal and metal finishing, as well as random orbital sanding. The disc resists wear during rigorous sanding, and its open-coat structure prevents clogging, allowing for maximum cut and disc life. This product is constructed from aluminum oxide abrasive material which makes it perfect because it is on fast-cut-rate and has a longer useful life. The discs are designed to handle a wide range of sanding and finishing needs. These paper discs are beneficial when loading is a problem, such as woodworking and paint prep.
