The prop barrel's optimized exhaust vents lower water density around the blades when you accelerate, leading in faster hole shots and more horsepower. Hustler aluminum propellers have a five-step powder-coated coating to protect them. This unique manufacturing process essentially eliminates gaps, pockets, and air bubbles in the propeller material, resulting in a grain structure that is far tighter than that feasible with a traditional die-cast procedure. Squeeze casting results in a narrower blade with aggressively sculpted cupping and trailing edges, reducing prop slide and blow out in corners while enhancing the maximum speed and fuel economy.
