Description

BELLOWS - 18-1074 are made to absorb displacements, vibrations, and thermal expansion to reduce the motion/kinetic energy within the engine or transfer from the engine to high-cost emissions systems. Its main function is to provide flexibility while offering protection from moisture and debris. Mallory 9-72711, OMC 3850426, 767724, and Volvo Penta 3850426 are all interchangeable. It is for SX Drives 302, 432, 434, 502, 572, 584, and 744 (1994-98).

Key Features:

Designed to prevent the natural frequency signature of engines operating within their usual operating range and to accommodate the fundamental natural frequencies during engine startup.
Custom-made to function in the metal's "elastic range" to withstand hardening and cracking brought on by prolonged exposure to vibration.
It not only makes it run the boat more effectively, but because it can withstand the hostile maritime environment, it can also lengthen its lifespan.

Returns Policy
