Introducing the CL828-70AN AERO BASE (3-008289) By hand, it's simple to rig and tune this version of the smallest Aero cleat features a 4:1 rigging becket. It is sturdy, compact, and resistant to wear. The CL270 aluminum Micros cleat is installed on the CL828 Aero base. If necessary, the becket under the cleat enables rigging with a 4:1 advantage. When you need a rig with a 4:1 advantage, use this Aero cleat. For tensioning the forestay on the Mirror dinghy, the CL828-70 is race authorized.

Hand adjustments can be practically applicable to the cleat's position on the rope. Sports nets, canvas constructions, sun sails, tie-downs, radio masts, and aerials are good candidates. It is also ideal for dinghy and small sailboat foot straps.
