The marine outdrives consists of a kit with a transom mounting plate that is through, a constructed propeller shaft housing that is pivotally attached to a pivot member that is pivotally mounted to said transom plate, and this allows for freedom of movement in two planes. A flexible part and a shock absorber sustain and maintain the outdrive under tension in the horizontal plane, automatically maintaining contact with any surface with the boat's keel.
