The Evinrude, Johnson and Gale Outboard Motors CD3 Aluminum 6700 (113-4808) is a high-quality power pack for Johnson and Evinrude outboard engines. It is an important component of the ignition system that supplies voltage to the power coils of the ignition system. It is a 5-wire timer base and functions as Quickstart and SLOW. When the temperature threshold is met, the SLOW function reduces the rpm to around 2500.
