The exhaust bellows function as an elastic vessel, absorbing both the rock generated by engine operation and the thermal expansion caused by exhaust system heat. It is critical to understand that the entire exhaust pipe vibrates without it. It reduces the likelihood of costly manifolds and downpipes cracking. It aids in reducing engine thermal stress and exhaust system vibration. The flexible bellows assemblies lack an outer braid mesh and have a dual-directional inner solid liner for smooth airflow.
