Heat Exchanger gasket manufactured for heat transfer. It must fit for use in high-temperature environments. This gasket with a soft filler, protected by an outer double jacket for higher temperatures. This gasket is suitable for heat exchanger operations and sealing flanges with high operating temperature and pressures in both heat exchangers and pressure vessels. To prevent the heat exchanger from the leak, provide gauges to monitor pressure to ensure that the higher pressure is always on the clean fluid side. The corrosion is the cause of the heat exchanger gasket to fail. It leaks the process fluid into the condensate return line.
