Gasket Powerhead matches engine component mating surfaces made of premium materials for a longer lifespan. It meets or surpasses the original equipment part it replaces and is well-designed for use in Johnson and Evinrude applications. They are machined to match engine component mating surfaces, allowing professional technicians and do-it-yourself mechanics to hole and port designs for a perfect fit. Gaskets are chosen based on their qualities and capacity to withstand diverse environments, such as mining and deep-sea activities, chemical tolerance, alkaline acids, high temperatures, and pressure. Seal the gasket sufficiently to provide a barrier that will allow a pressure-tightened plug and lock the contents of the container within to operate and plug any gaps.
