Hose assemblies Volvo Penta have to do with minimal volumetric expansion under pressure. They have NPTF (National Pipe Taper Fuel) connections on the ends and are ready to connect to equipment. These hoses are used in hydraulic systems to transmit petroleum- and water-based fluids. They have crimped-on rubber strain relief on the hose's ends, which helps it last longer. It has a thermoplastic tube and abrasion-resistant polyurethane cover. Steel wire braids strengthen the wires in two layers. Hose fittings together with the hose make up a hose assembly. Working pressure is assigned to each of these components separately. The lowest maximum working pressure between the fittings and the hose is the maximum working pressure for the assembly. Hydraulic hose assemblies consist of flexible hydraulic hoses with fittings fitted at either end to guarantee safe and interlocking connections. It also transmits forces via oil pressure.
