Description

A lock ring is a threaded washer used to keep components from coming loose during rotation. The lockring is another type of fastener that is commonly used in the automotive and air conditioning industries.

A Lock Ring is a penannular hollow metal ornament with a central opening. The ring has a triangular cross-section closed with a binding strip: a split metal tube, two gapped triangular-shaped face-plates. The circular binding strip in this product was typically used to make the ring.
