LOCKWASHER (5/PK) - 302290-PK made to be tightened to the necessary torque just below a regular fastener. The fastener is fended off from vibrating loose by the spring tension they apply. When used with a bolt, it provides a smooth, uniform surface for the nut to tighten against, distributing pressure more evenly on softer materials and preventing pull-through. When the fastener assembly is prone to vibration, it is required.
