Most outboard motors and stern drives have power trim, which allows the operator to adjust the angle by tilting the drive or engine in or out. When a boat is parallel to its at-rest waterline, it handles best. Outboard motors are trimmed to change the ride and attitude of a vessel. For increased pressure, the Sierra Power Trim Hose connects the trim cylinder to the connector block. Steel fittings at the hose's ends ensure that they will last a long time.
