The NYLON OARLOCK SOCKET BLACK (3-580143-1) is an angled bracket that wraps over the boat's gunnel or gunwale installed with #10 fasteners (not included). It is made with injection-molded nylon to prevent corrosion into the oarlock socket and withstand the marine environment. The NYLON OARLOCK SOCKET BLACK (3-580143-1) socket is well-constructed and durable for long-term use. This oarlock socket also has 1/2 inch oarlock shafts that are suitable for boats.
