On inboard and I/O engines, a handy hand pump empties oil through the dipstick. Our product is made of brass and drains oil through the dipstick on inboard and I/O engines and comes with two drain tubes. A pump is a device used to transport fluids (liquids or gases). Brass is employed in places where sparks are not tolerated, such as fittings and instruments used near flammable or explosive substances.
