Description

Unlike the conventional auto oil filters, Sierra high-efficiency oil filters meet OEM specifications for marine use. Available for 4-stroke outboard and gasoline inboard applications, each filter features a high pleat count to improve efficiency and increase capacity. Heavy-walled painted canisters offer corrosion resistance to the exterior, and interior walls are epoxy coated for additional corrosion protection. The unique filters are shrink-wrapped for rust protection when spares are stored onboard. Some models operate anti-drain back valves, where applicable.
