I called Propride to inquire about their products. Brent was very helpful over the phone. I placed my order same day and had it in 2 days. I had further questions and reached out to Sean, the owner of propride and he got back to me right away, even on a Sunday.

What I see from them on a daily basis on the FB page and my interactions with them since becoming a customer is better than top notch. ProPride sets the standard on how customer service should be. They really have created a family among their customers and I am proud to have their products and be a part of that family.

First and foremost, I want to acknowledge the customer service from ProPride. They answered all my questions ahead of time, and made sure to have my hitch delivered...

I had the SwayPro hitch, but my Grand Design 2800BH still had scary sway. I just drove from South Florida to South Carolina with the 3P, and it was sooo much better.

Recently purchased ProPride 3P with 1400# bars. 32’ 8000# travel trailer towed with an F150 and had no issues at all.
