The Poly Anchor line is a nylon general purpose utility cord with a smoother texture. It helps to fix the watercraft to a definite position. The Poly Anchor Line is solely for temporary anchoring smaller vessels while the boat is being attended while fishing, eating lunch, etc. Polypropylene construction has high tensile strength and can withstand quite heavy loads despite being lightweight. The Poly Anchor line is exclusive for temporary anchoring because polypropylene is stiffer than natural fiber. It can stretch under stress and be uncomfortable to handle. The polypropylene construction of this anchor line has excellent resistance to chemicals, impact tolerance, and does not absorb water. It comes with plated steel snap, Seadog P/N 155630) tied on the anchor line.
