A primer bulb may appear to be a simple device, but its role in the fuel system is critical. It aids in the smooth operation of the fuel system and prevents the battery from wearing out. This marine fuel hose primer bulb with SKU 5008586, manufactured by Johnson/Evinrude, is used with a 3/8 inches I.d marine fuel feed hose. Its hose barbs come with two plastic snap clamps to hold them on the fuel line. It is equipped to withstand the elements and it was created with EPA compliant low permeation rubber. This primer bulb replaces OMC/Johnson/Evinrude 174512, 775639.
