SeaStar Solutions (SS14720) offers an NFB Single Rotary Steering Kit with a 20-foot Single Steering Cable. For around the price of an old-fashioned steering replacement, the patented No FeedBack Steering Helm is available. With 4.2 lock-to-lock revolutions and the unique No FeedBack steering to eliminate steering loads, SeaStar Solutions' 4.2 Rotary NFB Steering is the optimum single-cable system for most non-power steered boats. The helm is a direct replacement for the existing version of Safe-T and does not need dash alteration.

NFB 4.2 single-cable systems are suitable for most single-station boats with a single non-powerassisted outboard engine up to V-6 and minimal engine flutter or steering instability. 4.2 accepts wheels up to 16" diameter. Use dual cable system for boats with engine flutter or steering instability. Replaces nearly all Safe-T® steering systems without dash modification. Kit includes helm, bezel, cable, and hardware. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
