Mercruiser 120/140 (s/n 2791957 and above) and Alpha Gen II (s/n 0K999999 and below) drive units are compatible. Each package contains one driving gear and one driven gear. GLM 11240 and Mercruiser Stern Drive 43-55766A2, 43-55766A3, and 43-55778A3 are interchangeable. Sierra products exceed the specifications of the original equipment part they replace.
