The block-off plate replaces the plate that permits air to be pumped into the system by an air pump to improve the burn of the exhaust gasses. Restriction plate made of stainless steel, type 18-4008. Use with cooling of raw water; bleeder hole. For the riser mounting flange, a square bolt pattern (2-13/16" x 3-1/16" bolt centers) is used. For use with Mercruiser risers 60426, 76351, and 7677.
