A power pack transforms fluid motion into mechanical force. Executing demanding activities connected to offshore oil and gas operations puts pressure on the fluid. Since the fluid cannot be compressed, the pressure pushes the fluid, which causes it to carry out its intended task, like moving a piston, as directed. Optical sensors can identify light, usually in a specific region of the electromagnetic spectrum (ultraviolet, visible, and infrared). The photoelectric effect causes the sensor to transform the detected light's wavelength, frequency, or polarization into an electric signal. Electronic components called optical sensors recognize and transform incident light rays into electrical impulses. Depending on the type of sensor, these parts are essential for determining the intensity of incident light and converting it into a format readable by an integrated measurement device.
