3/32" X 2" Stainless Steel (12-2865) is a straightforward fastener used to hold a bolt in place. Crafted out of a U-shaped piece of metal placed through the hole of a bolt and the ends are twisted together. The cotter pin holds the bolt in place, making it less likely to loosen and fall out.
